Kevman459 asks: How did you like working on this movie?
SusanPratt says: I was so happy that they moved it from LA to Seattle b/c I always wanted to live there, and we all hung out together I always wanted to live in seattle, and the ensemble was the best part of it - we went out to dinner every nite! Andrew Keegan and Joseph Gordon-Levitt always got a LOT of attention! ;)
imkam asks: what role does susan play in the movie
SusanPratt says: I play mandela, who is the Shrew's best friend. She is in love with Shakespeare the man as well as everything he's ever done. Her biggest wish in life is to join Shakespeare in heaven someday!
Nickolas asks: how do you get started in the acting business??
SusanPratt says: First, you have to live in NY or LA, I picked NY. I modeled for a number of years, as well as studying acting and going to architecture school at Parson's School of Design, and I started audistioning 3 years ago by accident. It's been a slow build from there, not overnight at all! By accident, I had a commercial agent who accidentally sent me out for a movie, and they liked me, so my agent thought: "Oh, good, we'll send her out for more of those."

SusanPratt says: Let me let you in on something: I watched Joseph Gordon and Julia fall in love on the set - that was great!
GoddessLp asks: Were there any pranks pulled on the set?
SusanPratt says: No, not really - it was the most tame set I've ever been on. Usually we work 12+ hours a day and it was so organized, the crew was griping they would never get enough overtime!
CGA asks: what is your favorite type of jelly belly?
SusanPratt says: Lemon, it matches my sour personality!
guest51 asks: have you done any modeling?
SusanPratt says: Yes.....unfortunately, I can't deny that. I modeled with NEXT in New York. I also have an article coming out in Vogue, but Idon't usually model anymore.
Dave79 asks: have you ever done any shakespeare plays before ?
SusanPratt says: I've done them in class... I did some Monologues from Romeo and Juliet, and Midsummers Night Dream. I actually AM a fan of Shakespeare, I like to read it out loud - it makes more sense that way. But, I don't sit around the house all the time doing that! ;)
RizLover asks: what do your friends think of you being an actress?
SusanPratt says: Most of them are very supportive, but they just see Susan up on the screen. My family thinks I'm just me being me, so they are pleased but not particularly impresses. Most of them are also surprised by what the business entails.
galit16 asks: what was your favourite scene?
SusanPratt says: Unfortunately, my character was largely hacked from the movie and my fave scene is no longer there. I was having Thai food with Kat the shrew, and we had the MOST fun doing it, and my parents were there that day... and they were most amazed by the chaos on the set.

SusanPratt says: Forever! I thought it would be my whole life. I started the end of May and Left the beginning of August - and I only worked 14 days on set, so I was VERY happy to be in Seattle and get to vacation.
Blossomdreamer asks: ok this is a dumb question but do you recommend any resturants there?
SusanPratt says: It was awhile ago...and it's embarrasing that I don't remember the names. The ones at Puget sound on the bay of tacoma were beautiful, but I don't recommend the food, just the view!
Bluberi29 asks: I loved the dress you wore in the prom scene! What was your prom experience like in reality?
SusanPratt says: I dropped outta High School before I went to prom. oops...But i did go to Prom my freshman year. I made my own dress, and didn't realize how hard it was to sew. When my date came I didn't have the dress done....and my mom had to sew me into the dress! m And when I came home, I had to cut myself out of the dress. I'm sure my mother was please because she KNEW my dress didn't come off! When he came to the door, mom was like: Don't worry, guys are USED to waiting.
guest51 asks: Was BD Wong fun to work with in that one movie? Or did you not have any scenes with him? I think it was that sequel movie.
SusanPratt says: I didn't have any scenes with him. I wish I had, but Treat was really fun to work with. Hold you breath for the substitute 3, sometime in 2000, but thank the lord I am NOT in It!

SusanPratt says: Yes, actually.....I played Piano for 10 years, oboe for 7 years me, and one misguided season the Sousaphone...but due to my shoulders slanting I decided to quit! My sister wrote that it was a heavy metal susy-phone when I got initiated into marching band. (In Michigan)
Facts asks: I would like to know do you have any up coming movies and are you going to be on dawsons creek?
SusanPratt says: I have a movie in August called Next To You with Melissa Joan Hart. I play her best friend, but I'm the nighmare best friend and the villain. It was fun to be mean and not pay any consequences. I don't know....if they ask me. Write Kevin Williamson and suggest me!
Pasquale asks: What is your average working day, 7 to 7, 5 to 5?
SusanPratt says: depending on the production budget! usually I get up at 5 or 6 am, and go at least 12-14 hour days. The most ever was 16 hours. The nights: You start at 7 at night and then work until 7am.
SusanPratt says: Your body gets really out of wack!
