LarisaOleynik says: I pretty much fell into it. The first thing I ever did was Les Miserables in San Francisco when I was 8. Then I got an agent & started auditioning. Later I realized I loved doing it!
OreoPassion asks: I read in a magazine that you are into swing music. Do you have a fav swing band?
LarisaOleynik says: I really like the old stuff, from the old school. The only new swing band I like is Royal Crowne Review. They are the only ones who seem old school to me.
AdamK asks: Larisa.. what's the coolest, most heart warming thing a fan has ever done for you (without being creepy about it)?
LarisaOleynik says: I'm all outta funniness! LOL The majority of fan letters and gifts are really sweet. there's not one that stands out in my mind.
Pasquale asks: How long were the shooting sessions? And What time did you get up each morning?
LarisaOleynik says: Legally I can only work 10 1/2 hours a day. I'm not a morning person, and they'd drag me out of bed by 7 am! The van would be downstairs waiting and they'd call and wake me up!
Mr Trousers asks: You named one of you cats Tigger. Are you a Pooh fan (not Disney Winnie the Pooh, the *real* stuff)?
LarisaOleynik says: I didn't even name the cat, it was older than I was. Tiggers dead by the way, thanks for bringing it up! He's been replaced. By the no-name cat! He goes by anything! Sweetheart, precious, ugly......whatever mood I'm in, and however he's acting.
KRB1978 asks: Hey Larissa, I noticed that on Alex Mack you wore alot of hats, do you like to wear hats in real life?
LarisaOleynik says: I actually have a lot of the Alex Mack hats, but I don't wear them too frequently. My hairs too short now, I look like a boy with a hat!
AdamK asks: Larisa, everybody is interested in where you are going to go to college, but I'm more interested in what you are planning to study? Fine arts, computer science? What's up? -AdamK-
LarisaOleynik says: What's up with you home boy? I don't really know...hence the reason I'm taking a year off, so I can figure that out. I really want to go to Sarah Lawrence
Pasquale asks: Are you going to be at the Nickeloden's Kids Choice Award this year?
LarisaOleynik says: I can't go, it's the same night as my prom. My friend Fred asked me and I can't let him now. Drew Barrymore will be there tho! No prom plans yet! I'm just going to be with my friends, I have no Idea what I'm doing.

LarisaOleynik says: To tell you the truth, it;s so weird. I check them out once in a while, but it's weird to check out yourself. It's hard to believe people actually care what I'm doing!

LarisaOleynik says: No, b/c apparently I'm not cool enough. And I'm fine with not doing press, I get more time to myself. You get sick of talking about yourself, really!

LarisaOleynik says: He always always always wears jeans and a T-shirt. Plain colors. Black, white or grey. He's secretly a VERY good musician, and it's a pleasure to watch him play. He plays guitar and drums, and mixes his own songs...apparently, that's what he spends his money on, as it's definitely not spent on his wardrobe

LarisaOleynik says: I do not have that much power. I wish...maybe one day!
Mr Trousers asks: What has been you favourite hairstyle so far? I personally love the simple ponytail, but was wowed when you went for the dark hair. Very chic!
LarisaOleynik says: I do not know. My hair changes once a month, I don't even have time to think about it. It's fun when I'm not working or in school, then I experiment with a little pink. It keeps me from getting bored
Chork asks: what was it like doing the chracter voice for a "The Swan Princess"?
LarisaOleynik says: It wasn't a character voice, it was my 8-year-old voice attempting to sing! It was only like 5 lines or so.
CutyGirl asks: what was the first scene that they shot?? cuz i heard they don't shoot the movie scenes in the order they belong in
LarisaOleynik says: Oh my lord, I have no idea....ummm... (It was awhile ago) We actually had two weeks of rehearsal before shooting, so that kinda helped us sort everything out. One of my first was the one with me & Joey in the car... slightly uncomfortable for one of the first scenes. Oh wait -- The first scene was the one that sets the whole plot in motion, the one with me & Julia and Larry, where I'm told I can't date.
cryptix asks: A while ago you said you wanted a Land Rover. Did you ever get one? If not, what are you driving now and what car would you want to be driving?
LarisaOleynik says: Yes, I am still obsessed with the Land Rover Defender. i don't care how well they run cause they look cool. At the moment I'm still driving my totally awesome pimp-mobile, the Mercury Sable. That's where all the kids wanna be, that's the party machine!

LarisaOleynik says: Hmmm....well, right now I'm just looking through scripts. I'd be pretty excited just to have the summer off, I'm back for third rock in August. I graduate in the next 2 months, and then I'd like the 2 months after that OFF to relax!
ItsMeDrew asks: What brand shampoo do you use?
LarisaOleynik says: I get asked this every time! Right now, whatever the hotel provided in the little charming bottles.
Joey134 asks: what kind of movies do you want to star in?
LarisaOleynik says: Preferably just GOOD ones.
LarisaOleynik says: No particular type, just good. I'm up for anything at this point.
superdew asks: for a teen superstar you seem like you are down to earth. How do you keep so grounded?
LarisaOleynik says: I ain't no Jennifer Love Hewitt, alright! I'm really a stuck-up *****, don't be fooled. The real answer is separating my two lives, there's the working actress life and the going to school chilling with friends life! My friends are so unimpressed by all this. They all ask me "Do you know Buffy!" and NO, I don't! all my guy friends think I'm the hook-up for all the hot actresses.
WoodPink asks: Did you think "10 Things" had too much profanity and stuff for a teenage audience?
LarisaOleynik says: Are you kidding me, it was toned down! My feeling is, the first half of the movie was for your typical boy rowdy audience...and the second half had more heart for the sentimental weepy girls. I think it balanced.
MHSLuvsLarisa asks: do the writes of 3rd Rock from the Sun.. plan to make you a regular person in the show
LarisaOleynik says: I think my title is a series regular, but I'm only in half of the episodes!
EwanMcGregor asks: do you want to continue acting or is there something else in mind that you have a greater passion for?
LarisaOleynik says: Hmmm...well, I really don't know at this point. I really enjoy acting, but I'm also a huge music fan...I have so many interests right now, and I'm looking to explore them all. We'll have to wait and see!
